The Junior Athlete Program (JAP) Will Enhance Physical Qualities Such as Strength, Power, Speed and Endurance. This Will Allow the Athlete to Be Best Prepared for the Demands of Their Sport.
Every young athlete who joins the Junior Athlete Development Program (ADP) begins with Performance Testing and Movement Screening. This helps us build their Athlete Profile — a clear snapshot of their strengths, weaknesses and key areas for growth.
From there, we design a fully individualised program tailored to their sport, age, and training schedule. The program focuses on building strong athletic foundations - improving movement quality, coordination, strength and speed in a safe and structured environment.
Your child will train in small, coach-led sessions alongside other motivated athletes. Every session is supervised by qualified strength and conditioning coaches, ensuring correct technique, individual attention and steady progress. Over time, this consistent approach helps young athletes move better, feel stronger, and gain the confidence to perform at their best — both on and off the field or court.
