Athlete Development Program

The Athlete Development Program (ADP) Will Enhance Physical Qualities Such as Strength, Power, Speed and Endurance. This Will Allow the Athlete to Be the Best Prepared for the Demands of Their Sport.

HOW IT WORKS

Each individual joining the ADP will complete a movement screening as well as performance testing so an athletic profile can be created. This will allow the program to be individualised, so the best outcomes are achieved.

Everything is covered from your strength and power training in the gym to your speed mechanics and energy system development based on the sport. All components need to be addressed so a well-rounded athlete is created.

Once the program is designed and coordinated with your schedule the training begins. You will join semi-private sessions with other athletes who are committed to being the best that they can be. Allowing a strong culture to be created by providing an environment that allows for continual improvements over time.
