CR S&C was built to raise the standard of athlete development in Gippsland.

As a strength and conditioning coach, I’ve always believed that athletes deserve more than just a gym program. They deserve a complete system that supports every part of their performance. Growing up in regional Victoria, I saw first-hand how limited the pathways were for athletes outside the city. That gap became the reason this business exists.

Since founding CR S&C, our mission has been clear: to deliver professional-level coaching, testing and support to every athlete who walks through our doors. Regardless of their sport, age or experience level.

Today, CR S&C has grown into Gippsland’s Leading Athlete Development facility, providing athletes with access to:
